English Learning Center（ELC）
ELC, located on the 3rd floor of the Research and Lecture Building, hosts Speaking Sessions and ELC seminars.
Staff are available during the spring and fall semesters, so please feel free to come here if you have any questions.

English Library
The library located in the ELC (3rd floor of the Research and Lecture Building) offers Graded Readers and best-selling books, as well as study guides for qualifications such as TOEIC, TOEFL, and IELTS. You can also find resources to help with English interviews and resume writing. English newspapers and magazines, including Japan Times and English Express, are available for reading. Enhance your English skills through extensive reading.
You can borrow up to 5 books at a time for 2 weeks. During the summer and winter breaks, you can borrow up to 10 books for an extended period.

English Lounge
The English Lounge on the 4th floor of the Research and Lecture Building offers Free Sessions for casual English conversation and Writing Support Desk (WSD) for English proofreading. Both activities are available without a reservation (though WSD prioritizes reservations). Feel free to join us!
