Before using the ELC
To use the ELC, the following application process is required:
- Watch the ELC guidance video.
- After watching, submit the “ELC Usage Registration Application Form” via Moodle for Open Education (MOE).

To borrow books from the English Library
You can borrow up to 5 books at a time for 2 weeks. Please visit the ELC (3rd floor of the Research and Lecture Building) directly. For more details, please refer to the Facilities and Library page.
