TOEIC-IP Test

At ELC, we regularly conduct the TOEIC-IP test to measure your English proficiency.

Test Periods

Students must take the test during the following periods:

  • Upon enrollment (TOEIC-LR)
  • December of the first year (TOEIC-LR & TOEIC-SW)
  • Spring of the third year (TOEIC-LR)

*If you are unable to take the test during the specified periods, you must take it in the following fall semester (December). Please check the university website and ELC website for information and registration from around October to November.
*Third-year transfer students are only required to take the TOEIC-LR upon enrollment and the TOEIC-SW in December of their third year.

TOEIC-IP Test-related Documents

The documents differ for L&R and S&W. Please check the materials for the test you will be taking. (The documents are in Japanese version only.)

TOEIC-IP Test Score Certificate

After taking the TOEIC-IP test, you must download and keep your test score certificate.

The PDF results of the TOEIC-IP test conducted by ELC are official documents that certify your score. Please check the details in the test URL email and download the certificate within the available period. Make sure to store it securely as it can be used for job applications or studying abroad.

Reissuing the certificate is subject to a fee and will take some time as it requires an application to IIBC.

Reissuing TOEIC-IP Test Score Certificates

If you need an official TOEIC-IP score report after the download period due to loss or other reasons, ELC offers a paid reissuing service.
Note: If you only want to check your score, you can do so through the Tufs Record.
