TOEIC-IP Test

TOEIC-IP tests are regularly administered at TUFS (hosted by ELC) to measure your English proficiency.


Test Periods

Students must take the test during the following periods:

  • Upon enrollment (TOEIC-LR)
  • December of the first year (TOEIC-LR & TOEIC-SW)
  • March of the second year (TOEIC-LR)

*If you are unable to take the test during the specified periods, you must take it in the following fall semester (December). Please check the university website and ELC website for information and registration from around October to November.
*Third-year transfer students are only required to take the TOEIC-LR upon enrollment and the TOEIC-SW in December of their third year.


TOEIC-IP Test-related Documents

The documents differ for L&R and S&W. Please check the materials for the test you will be taking. (The documents are in Japanese version only.)


TOEIC-IP Test Score Certificate

After taking the TOEIC-IP test, a PDF version of the test score certificate will be issued. This certificate is an official document that certify your score. Please check the details in the test URL email and download the certificate within the available period. Make sure to store it securely as it can be used for job applications or studying abroad.

Reissuing the certificate is subject to a fee and will take some time as it requires an application to IIBC.


Reissuance of TOEIC-IP Test Score Certificate

Requests for the reissuance of a TOEIC-IP Test Score Report should be submitted directly to the Institute for International Business Communication (IIBC).

Reissuance requests may be made up to the end of the second fiscal year following the date of the test. A handling fee of 550 yen per copy will be charged. If you wish to confirm your score only, it can be viewed through Tufs Record (たふれこ).
