Submission is especially required <strong>if you need ELC points<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8216;Essay and Self-Assessment Sheet&#8217; has a specific format. Please download it from Moodle for Open Education (MOE).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The submission destination is the submission box for the relevant week and session on MOE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please note that the format and submission destination <strong>differ for Speaking Sessions (SS) and Seminars<\/strong>. The essay must be between 100 and 150 words.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When saving the file, <strong>change the filename<\/strong> as follows:<br>Example: If student Gaigo Hanako (student ID 6110111) participated in a session with Advisor Wyatt on May 8th:<br>Before renaming:\u3010SS\u3011\u81ea\u5df1\u8a55\u4fa1\uff06essay_\u5b66\u7c4d\u756a\u53f7<em>\u6c0f\u540d<\/em>\u53c2\u52a0\u65e5_\u30a2\u30c9\u30d0\u30a4\u30b6\u30fc\u540d(\u2190\u5909\u66f4\u3057\u3066\u63d0\u51fa)\u3000Essay and Self-Assessment Sheet_StudentID_Name_ParticipationDate_AdvisorName<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> (\u2190 Rename and submit)<br>After renaming:<strong><strong>\u3010SS\u30116110111Gaigo HanakoMay08Wyatt<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After renaming the file, save it in <strong>MS Word format<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drag and drop the file into the submission box for the corresponding week (<strong>make sure to check the participation date and session type<\/strong>) and submit it. Wait about 10 seconds until the Word icon appears.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-medium-gray-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-medium-gray-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Point Accreditation After Submission<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After submission, ELC will review the content. If there are no issues, points will be credited, and you will be notified via the feedback comment on MOE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If there are any issues, you will be asked to resubmit through the feedback comment on MOE. In this case, you must correct the issues and resubmit in order to receive points (there is also a deadline for resubmission).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please make sure to check the feedback comments after submission.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-medium-gray-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-medium-gray-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Check Feedback<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When a feedback comment is added on MOE, you will receive a notification sent to your TUFS email address.
