[Report] Students are arrived from PIASS (Rwanda)

Emmanuel Wepngong Jato and Kani Bahoya Paul from the Protestant Institute of Arts and Social Sciences (Rwanda) are arrived at TUFS on April 6, 2022.
Due to the Japan’s border measures related to COVID-19, they were unable to come to TUFS before the launch of the IAfP program which started on March 7 but participated online prior to the travel (Reference: http://www.tufs.ac.jp/iafp/en/piass2022march_en/).

One of them had to be quarantined, but he finished it withoug any problems and started their lives in Japan.
They will stay with us until February 2023.
