[Other] Faculty in charge visited the U.S. partner universities (TUFS) 2020. 02. 13

From Thursday, 13 to Friday, 21 February, 2020, Prof. Minoru Iwasaki from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, who is the head of this project, and the coordinator Dr. Aya Fukuda went to the U.S. to visit the TP-COIL partner universities. They managed to visit or meet persons in charge of the project in these universities: University at Albany, The State University of New York, Stony Brook University, The State University of New York, UCLA Asia Pacific Center at University of California, Los Angeles, University of California, Riverside, and California State University, Northridge. The discussions were mainly about the arrangement of the COIL-type classes and a short or long term student exchange program for promoting this project. Iwasaki and Fukuda managed to meet and consult with the representatives of the branch of the east and west coast in Gaigokai, which is the TUFS alumni association, about the internship opportunities for the TUFS exchange students who were studying in the U.S.
