Through the ‘Open Access Acceleration Project’ adopted in fiscal year 2024, the university information database system has been upgraded to enable collaboration with institutional repositories.
1. It is available to publish your research activities registered in the university information database in the institutional repository.
When you select ‘I wish to’ in the ‘Registration in the Repository’ section on the input/edit screen for papers and MISC achievements, a notification will be sent to the repository administrator. After the repository administrator completes the publication process, the work will be published in the repository, and the URL on the institutional repository will be automatically registered in the university information database system. Papers and MISC with URLs registered in the institutional repository will display an open access icon at the top of the publication title listed on the university’s official website researcher introduction page.
2. It is available to import information on bulletin papers published in the institutional repository into the university information database system.
You can now select the institutional repository as a linkage destination for the external database import function of the university information database system. By configuring the linkage settings, you can import information on bulletin papers published in the institutional repository as achievements.
